Apple has not been able to achieve a ban on the sale of tablets Galaxy Tab 10.1N and smartphones Galaxy Nexus, operating on AndroidIn Germany. The court refused to impose a ban on the claim of a California company, accusing Samsung of "copying" technologies.
This time the complaint was directed at Cupertino's patented sensor design Koreans, not the design of gadgets. The Court explained its decision by saying that such technologies were present in the market even before Apple managed to get to their respective patent. But the wording in the long term can lead to the invalidation of the patent Apple.
Galaxy Tab 10.1N was created specifically for German buyers to circumvent the ban on sales of the model Galaxy Tab 10.1, imposed in September. However, Apple has established a violation of its patents and hastily amended version of the tablet, then filed a new claim.
During a preliminary hearing last year, the court declared that the design of Galaxy Tab 10.1N could adequately get rid of the similarities with Apple iPad.
The last court decision was issued one day after the Court of Appeal of Düsseldorf has confirmed a ban on the sale of the country's original version of the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
The final decision on the fate of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N in the German market will be made next week.
